Founded by native Oregonian and second-generation contractor, Zandy Butler, On The Level Remodeling delivers premium bathroom, kitchen, and home remodels to customers in Happy Valley, West Linn, Lake Oswego and the Portland metro area.

Zandy is a second-generation remodel contractor and native Oregonian who strives to deliver excellent customer service and learn and improve with every job. Zandy believes in clear communication from concept to completion, making sure to understand exactly what you’re dreaming of with your home remodel and exceeding expectations. Zandy will partner with you to design custom solutions to meet your remodel needs.

When not remodeling homes in the Portland metro area, Zandy loves to travel with his wife and two teenage sons. When not outside skiing, hiking or hunting, he enjoys exploring the Portland food scene and trying new restaurants with his wife.

Bruce was first licensed as an Oregon contractor in 1978 and worked as a designer/builder doing remodeling and new construction. Since 2000 he has worked full time as a building designer. He began working with Zandy as part of On The Level Remodeling Company in 2014.

When not designing beautiful custom homes and home remodels, Bruce enjoys traveling with his wife, Karin, hiking and kayaking, writing novels, and serving as a volunteer chaplain for Multnomah County.
